ご参加にあたり

  • 対象者: 日本国内で有効な運転免許証をお持ちの方。
  • 乗車可能人数 (運転手を含む): GR YARIS 4名、GR SUPRA 2名、GR COROLLA 2名、TOM'S SUPRA 2名。
  • 受付時間: MT車は走行開始45分前、AT車は30分前までに、富士スピードウェイのコントロールセンターにて受付を完了してください。遅れた場合には自動的にキャンセルとなります。
  • MT車の運転チェック: MT車両をご予約の場合は、受付後に運転チェックを行います。その際に危険と判断された場合は、ご予約をキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。
  • 走行ルール: 前車の追い越し、意図的な急加速・急減速、走行開始後のドライバー交代は禁止されています。
  • ヘルメットやグローブの着用: 不要です。
  • お子様: 同乗者は小学生以上に限ります。ジュニアシートが必要な場合は、ご自身でご用意のうえ装着をお願いします。
  • 入場料: ホテルのフロント(3階)にて発行している無料入場許可証を富士スピードウェイのゲートにて提示していただくと、サーキット構内の入場料が無料になります。ホテルカーの送迎をご希望の場合は、事前にお問い合わせください。EMAIL: FSWUB.frontservice@hyatt.com

ご予約について

  • スケジュール: 体験走行のスケジュールは、開催月の前月上旬に発表されます（例: 2月のスケジュールは1月上旬に公開）。富士スピードウェイ公式サイトで公開後、順次、本予約サイトにも掲載されます。悪天候や路面状況によっては予告なく中止となる場合がございます。
  • オンライン予約: オンライン予約は開催の前日正午まで承っております。それ以降は、ホテルまで直接お問い合わせください。
  • ご注意: 宿泊予約のないお客様がレンタル車両の予約をした場合は、予約をキャンセルすることがありますのでご了承ください。ご予約時には宿泊予約番号を正確に記入してください。

Participants will follow the lead car in a single line, keeping an appropriate distance from the car in front of them, so that You can participate with peace of mind.


KEY POINTS

  • Driver’s License: A valid Japanese or international driver’s license is required.

  • Vehicle Capacity: The maximum number of passengers, including the driver: GR YARIS (4), GR SUPRA (2), GR COROLLA (2), TOM'S SUPRA (2).

  • Registration:
    • MT car: Register 45 minutes before start time.
    • AT car: Register 30 minutes before start time.
    • Late arrivals will result in automatic reservation cancellation.
  • Skill Check for MT Cars: Participants must pass a driving check to confirm their ability. Reservations may be canceled if unqualified, so only confident MT drivers should reserve.
  • Driving Rule: Overtaking, sudden acceleration or braking, changing drivers mid-experience are strictly prohibited.
  • Helmets & Gloves: Not required.
  • Child Policy: Must be elementary school students or older. Junior seats must be prepared and installed by participants if required.

  • Access: Show the Free Admission Permit issued by the hotel front desk to enter at the Fuji Speedway gate. Alternatively, please book a complimentary shuttle in advance. EMAIL: FSWUB.frontservice@hyatt.com

UPON BOOKING

  • Schedule: The Experience Driving schedule is announced at the beginning of the previous month. It will first be posted on the Fuji Speedway Official Website (Japanese only), followed by this reservation site. Events may be canceled without notice due to inclement weather or road conditions. 

  • Online Booking: Online bookings are accepted until noon the day before the event. Please contact the hotel directly for last-minute availability.

  • Caution: Rental vehicle reservations may be canceled without an accommodation booking. Please enter the correct confirmation number when booking.

  • Bonus Feature: Certain event days include a photo shoot on the grid for an additional JPY 1,100 on top of the regular fee.
