  • 貸出場所　1階エントランスのスタッフまでお声がけください。
  • お支払い　ご予約時にはお支払いは発生いたしません。お支払いはお部屋付けとなります。なお、メンテナンス等により急遽ご使用になれない場合には返金いたします。

スケジュール
オンラインでのご予約は当日の朝7時までです。それ以降のご希望は、ホテル1階エントランスにてフロントサービスチームまでご確認ください。

キャンセル規約
ご連絡のない場合には100%頂戴いたします。

注意事項

  • 予約時間の終了5分前までにご返却ください。延長される場合は、1時間ごとに1台あたり1,100円を頂戴いたします。
  • ヘルメットは必ず着用してください。道路交通法により、二人乗りは禁止されています。
  • 次に該当する場合、安全確保のため貸出をお断りいたします。悪天候や路面凍結など、走行に支障があると判断される場合。サンダル・ハイヒール・スカートなど、安全に適さない服装の場合（※貸出用シューズ・ウェアはございません）。サドルを一番下げた状態で両足の裏が地面につかない場合。出発前の練習時に、安全な操作が難しいとスタッフが判断した場合。説明や注意事項に従っていただけない場合。

  • Hours: April to October: 7 AM–6 PM / November to March: 8 AM–4 PM
  • Height Requirement: 147 cm–195 cm (One-size)
  • Price: JPY 1,100 per hour / per bike
  • Pick-Up Location: 1st floor entrance.
  • Payment: Payment is NOT required upon booking. Room-charge is available. Sudden maintenance may occur. Refunds will be issued in such cases.

SCHEDULE

Online bookings are accepted until 7 AM on the day of use. After that, please contact our Front Service Team at the hotel 1st floor entrance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% cancellation fee applies if no prior notice is given.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

  • Please return the e-bike at least 5 minutes before the end of your reserved time. If you extend your rental, an additional fee of ¥1,100 per bike per hour will apply.
  • Helmets are required by law. Riding a bike with a passenger is not allowed under Japanese traffic regulations.
  • We may refuse rental if: Weather or road conditions are unsafe (rain, snow, ice, etc.). If you wear unsuitable clothing (sandals, high heels, skirts. Rental shoes/clothing are not available). If your feet cannot touch the ground with the saddle in its lowest position. If our staff determines it's unsafe during practice before departure. If you do not follow safety instructions or staff guidance.
