Celebrate in Your Room: A Whole Cake Delivery /【お部屋でお祝い】ホールケーキのデリバリー

We can deliver a whole cake to your room so you can celebrate a special occasion during your stay.

Size of the cake

• 12cm. The cake is sized for about 2–4 people.

You may choose from the following 3 kinds

• Berry Shortcake - A classic shortcake generously topped with berries.
• Soufflé Fromage - A light and fluffy cheesecake made with French cream cheese.
• Mousse Chocolat Mandarin - A chocolate mousse cake filled with Shizuoka-grown Japanese black tea brûlée from Marushichi Seicha and a mandarin compote.

About Reservation

• Please place your order at least 5 days in advance.
• You can add a message to the cake when placing your order.
• We can add candles to your cake. Please select the candle option on the next page.
• This service is for hotel guests only. Please insert your reservation confirmation number upon booking.

• We can only deliver to your guest room.

Important Notes

• Images are for illustration purposes only.

• This cake is intended to be enjoyed in your room. Please note that take-out is NOT available.

• Cancellation fee: 50% the day before / 100% on the day of your scheduled delivery.

• Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the restaurant's operating conditions.

• If you are not in your room at the time of delivery, the item will be placed in your room. Thank you for your understanding.

ケーキのサイズ

• 12cm。通常2～4名様でお召し上がりいただけるサイズになります。

• ベリーショートケーキ - ベリーをふんだんに使用したショートケーキ
• スフレフロマージュ - フランス産のクリームチーズを使用したチーズケーキ
• ムースショコラマンダリン - 静岡県産丸七製茶の和紅茶ブリュレとみかんのコンポートをチョコレートムースで包んだケーキ

ご予約について

• ご注文はご利用日の5日前までにお願いします。
• メッセージはご予約時にご指定いただけます。文字数20文字程度を上限にご指定ください。
• ろうそくをお付けすることができます。次の画面に表示されるオプションからご希望のものを選択ください。
• ご宿泊者限定のため、ご予約時に予約確認番号をご記入いただきます。
• ご宿泊の客室以外へのデリバリーは承っておりません。

注意事項

• 画像はイメージです。
• お部屋でお召し上がりいただくことを前提としているケーキのため、お持ち帰りはできません。
• キャンセル料：前日50％ / 当日100％
• レストランの状況により、デリバリー時間が多少前後する可能性がございます。
• デリバリーした際にお客様がお部屋にご不在の場合でも、お部屋に設置させていただきます。ご了承ください。
• 時間変更をご希望される場合は事前にレストランへご連絡ください。
• レストランでのケーキのご注文は、それぞれのレストランで承っております。
